Next Step Recruitment are a small independent recruitment consultancy. Since our inception in 2001 we have worked on the ethos that we did not want to be a typical agency. This policy has served us well, and we work with it. We operate a very successful ‘out of hours’ service, we tailor our recruiting process to each Candidate and Client. We are extremely flexible as we are a small consultancy, and we will only work with the people we firmly believe we can place and forge a long lasting relationship with.
